Oh, I just checked the temperature. You know it’s been in the twenties too long when 32 F seems warm..I thought we must be close to 40.

It has been cold. My neighbor's water froze. He's hardly ever there, and I keep an eye on the place for him. I got the pipe thawed out, and bumped up the heat in his place.

I guess he wasn't expecting a week worth of weather in the 20s.
