A little clarification would help, or I’m just confused. Did Obama thank Boyer in Boyer’s yearbook, or in his own? Were they classmates? It says Boyer was killed 10 years after the Choom Gang left the school. It says Boyer was 37 when he was killed. So, did Boyer graduate from Obama’s high school at age 27?

Very odd article. The whole thing seems to be saying Boyer’s murder was somehow his own fault because he was the only member of the “Choom Gang” who wasn’t successful.

There’s barely a mention of the sordidness of the act of murder by the murderer or the sordidness of BEING a murderer. In fact, the murderer is implied as being one of the “successful” members of the “Choom Gang” since ONLY the person who was murdered was mentioned as being not “successful”. You know, like being not successful is a good reason to have been murdered.
