I wish I could write a quick tutorial effectively, I've only been on Twitter a few days myself and am still "figuring it out."
as best I know, you should see a "Re-Tweet" option for each "tweet" you see on the page. Click that.
Can anyone else chime in and help here?
BTW, I just saw that Youtube will be broadcasting the SOTU live.
I wonder if they will turn off the comments ?
