I have FaceTard friends/family who have moved from Chicago to Texas. They have been sending amusing pics of what weather conditions it takes to close schools in Texas. I do understand, if you don’t have infrastructure in place to handle ice, then it doesn’t take much ice to ruin your day. Still, it’s damn funny from up in our frozen corner of the world.
Yes and I defend the fact that there is no way to remove ice down here - so many freeways and roads and no budget for equipment or really any need normally. But you are right it is hilarious
