To be honest there are some major scams...I know a women who has 100% disability and has her mother paid as a full time live in caregiver.
The reality is the mother does not even live with the daughter, the daughter works selling stuff online and the mother & daughter split the mothers payments for being her full time caregiver
There are some scams, but the irony is that those that thought that they were going to be paid even more have been dealt a blow. Of course, the unions will probably take this to court.
