Illegal does not trump overdose though. It is possible overdose on any drug, legal or not.
Possible, yes. Provable, no. I stand with death by illegal drugs....it is the most accurate term.
Yes, it’s possible, but illegal drugs can kill at any dosage...does not have to be excessive. And how does an autopsy show the dosages he usually takes compared to the one he had in his body when he died. You can’t prove much with that. We were taught that ANY dosage of illegal drugs can kill.
