The idea that England was a hot bed of good, cheap fast food joints in the 1970s. Since I went to school there, on a budget, I can tell you this is an outright lie. And there were no McD’s at the time - if there were, they were few and far between. Sadly, the Lyons and ABC “coffee shops” were in long decline by the time I got there. If this is offpoint to you, so be it. I’m just a fan of truthiness in small and large details.

I’m not a health freak although I enjoying reading the posts from health freaks. Not that I think you are one. And as a good conservative, I believe that I can make my own decisions about what I eat and what restaurants I go to. As another freeper said, McD’s doesn’t jump up and stick a hamburger in one’s mouth.

My point was industrial foods factories vs basic farming.

Every thing in moderation and trying to limit the industrial foods in our diet and more of mother nature foods as the main course of our diet to maintain good health.

I hope you enjoy “Fathead” it counter balance “Super Size me”.
