The woman died a natural death. I don't think he was trying to “get rid” of her. God decided it was her time and she happened to be pregnant. In the old days it would have been the natural thing for the baby to die with the mother. It's nature and God's way. I think it's quite bizarre what they are doing. I'm not for abortion either, I just think this is a sad circumstance

Yes, the woman is dead. As to the naturalness of the death, I will not say it was or wasn’t. But when God has given us the technology to preserve nascent life, shouldn’t it be society’s duty to do everything its power to protect this life? The child is by no means dead. Should we just do things medically according to what has been done in the past? C-sections have been done to dead women...should we just let these children die? The judge has no good reason to sanction this child’s death.
