I still think the chances of them moving the game to a different day are slim to none. There is just too much money at stake - advertisers pay millions of dollars for a 30-second spot during the Super Bowl, solely because of the astronomical ratings the game receives. Entire ad campaigns are built around Super Bowl ads. Move the game to a Monday or Tuesday (or a Friday or Saturday), and those astronomical ratings plummet. The advertisers (and, by extension, the network) would revolt (and sue).

Plus, think of the loss of productivity impact, if no one goes to work or school to stay home and watch it on weekday. The DOJ would have to launch an investigation of some type.
