Why waste time being a sleazeball policeman when he can collect vast amounts of graft and corruption while displaying no semblance of morals?

I should add to my previous remark that “sleazeball policeman” refers to that dork only and not to the vast, vast majority of the police.
One policeman (even a pretty bad one) is much more useful to society than a plethora of smarmy progressive congresscritters.
