What I saw during the interview that is talked about here is that the kid who was kicked out did not bring the pics to school and was not the one showing them around. He broke no law or school policy or rule. If any of those other students were showing pornographic pictures or videos on the school campus it is they who broke the law, rules, and violated school policy.

It surprises me that none of them have been charged with supplying porn to a minor. I guess that the state laws there are different than in other states.

Those that actually brought the gay porn into the schools should have been dinged for it. If Benny Dover brought it in to make fun of the guy, then Benny should have been nailed for it. Pun intended. It’s not like he didn’t have a choice on viewing it and bringing it in. “You have to make an appointment for that folks” as Sam Kinison would say.
