Now it all makes sense. This week I heard Glenn Beck on his radio show, talking about his pro-gay stance. I could never figure out why Glenn Beck and his organization, his Mike Opelka, and his Donelly of the 9`12-ers, had been cold to me, in some cases downright mean. It’s the gay thing!! So many divisions in the conservative movement!
He said Donelly ran a gay parade! No wonder why she never returned my call. I publicly said there should not be homosexual themes on primetime TV shows like Glee where innocent children are watching and thus being indoctrinated into anti-Biblical ideas and lifestyles.
I publicly stood up for Biblical principles, that’s all. I don’t dislike any people group. I got a lot of flack from the media.
So, I guess Glenn Beck is now including the conservative gays, and excluding the conservative Bible-thumpers like me. Sigh.
I guess Mormons don’t take the Holy Bible so seriously, because their main book is the Book of Mormon, which I suppose doesn’t mention that homosexuality is an abomination to the Lord.
Interesting. I finally know why Glenn Beck never answered my TV show pitch idea! He’s Bible-phobic!!
I’m just wondering, how Beck will feel when his child or grandchild comes home from kindergarten with the book, “Susie has Two Daddies.” This issue is not just about freedom. His child will believe homosexuality is normal and not a sin. So, I guess the Bible is a lie?
(Also, won’t that mean the preaching of the Holy Bible will be considered “hate speech” and eventually made illegal? So…no freedom of religion? No freedom of speech?)
The book of Mormon is more important than the Bible to them. The boy Scouts have a huge amount of Mormons. They are probably the biggest consolidated group within the boy scouts. Boy Scouts are pro-gay, Mormons are pro-gay. He got his marching orders.
I heard him say that but he also said he would no longer discuss homosexuality or abortion on his show because it was too divisive. Refusing to discuss either subject is where I have a problem with him. It is his show and my time so I will tune out.
I didn’t hear that part.
We’ll see. I still really like him.
I think overall he’s a good human being with a good heart. Who is trying to do the right thing.
I think his theme lately.. has been that it’s not your neighbor you have to worry about. But your local politician.
We are a much stronger force if we realize we have many more things in common than our differences.
The government aka Obama.. would LOVE for us to be so divided that we couldn’t unite and fight against him on some very easy issues to define.

“Nonjudgmentalism” isn’t what the left wants us to think it is. In fact, in context Matthew 7:1 Christ appears to be warning us to not use our OWN standards to judge others by, but instead to use God’s righteous standards.
This is borne out in John:
Joh 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
Also, just a couple verses after the Left’s favorite verse (Matthew 7:1) is this:
Mat 7:6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
It would be impossible to determine whether certain people were dogs or swine, and refrain from evangelizing them once you knew them for what they are, unless judgment was exercised. So “judge not,” followed so closely by a command to judge, proves the Left’s desire for nonjudgmentalism is satanic.
Finally, how on earth would church discipline ever take place if we were as nonjudgmental as the Left wants us to be? It’s precisely such nonjudgmentalism that’s led the visible church to keep a lot of demonic leaven within the church, to corrupt it.

She was a cute little thing in the day. I remember when she and Dennis Miller once shared the news desk. She was treated horribly by the SNL crew if I remember from a book I read about the show. The women members hated her dumb blonde act which, in fact, was quite funny and very traditional.
What? We can't beat them so we join them? GLADD is waaaaay liberal and militant. Let the liberals paint (heck hand them some extra brushes) and stand up as an individual-- Beck isn't a small voice.
So.. he went out of his way to paint a different picture that he’s not a guy that would put someone in an oven.
I think he went too far.
Even standing with an organization he vehemently disagrees with because this topic in question “putting people into ovens” is so heinous.
I suspect there are homosexuals who don't appreciate GLADD the same way I don't appreciate NOW, did Beck's stand make them feel supported? I simply think Beck could have stood up and spoke against evil without standing with evil, even for just one issue.
I think GLADD may end up doing more harm than good for homosexuals. There was a time when I wasn't much bothered by homosexuals but since GLADD has started trying to cram this chit down my throat--I have become very disgusted with homosexuals... VERY.

We are being accused of hating homosexuals when we disagree with their agenda and point out that what they are doing is a sin and an abomination unto GOD. I am sorry if you thought that I thought that anyone here was promoting hatred... just the opposite. The left... once again... projects what they are and do upon us. We are called EXTREMISTS by the true extreme.
No, Jesus practiced "hate the sin, love the sinner". This is why He spoke to Nicodemus, why He didn't cast a stone at the adulteress, and why He cast demons out of the man from the Decapolis.
In fact, because Jesus hated sin and loved sinners he lived a perfect life and died on the cross for all.
Yes that was the part about abortion and I just find it wrong headed. I cannot help the way it came across to me. I am not saying he is an idiot or an evil man but he has, over time, offended me and some of his reasoning and positions are things that I cannot agree with. I feel so strongly about it that I will not renew my Blaze subscription. It is as if he is ashamed of some Conservative positions and if I disagree with him, then I do not need to be his fan. I heard slivers of andrew cuomo in those words. I will forgive him but I will not forget. Perhaps it is just me... but after all... I am me.

We can’t agree with everyone on everything.
I have worked (and do work) with homosexuals...some do good work and some are lame. Their lifestyle is wrong, but if they keep to themselves, we can get along.
It's the show biz thing. Glenn has enough trouble with all that crying. He doesn't need any more trouble with his makeup.
Didn't Victoria used to be in show biz? Shouldn't she know about the biz by now?
