At the Reagan Library gift shop, they have all sorts of Jelly Belly/Reagan packets for sale...it appears they move pretty well.

Thanks! I've got to get there again soon. The last time we went was in the summer of 2009 when we were in town for a nephew's wedding.
We loved the library, but spent too much of the day in traffic getting there from the Riverside/San Bernardino area.
