I dislocated my shoulder wrestling a feral cat fron my pit bulls jaws.

I have had to rescue my Springer from a pit a couple times before I told the tenant to get rid of it. If you want one of the killing machines to let go pick it straight up by the tail. It will be so freaked that it will drop whatever it has locked on to.

That would explain why boxers, dobbies, and other fighting or guard dog breeds have historically had their tails docked. Just when I think I know a thing or two about dogs a freeper points out the obvious. Picking the pit up by the tail would have saved my neighbors dog from a serious beat down last month when it grabbed our rat terrior by the neck scruff.

Ten staples for the rat terrior, neighbors pit, don't know.

My neighbor got seriously skinned knees during the episode but came out to apologise the next morning and didn't mention her dogs condition. I didn't mention my vet bill.

Yes we can just all "get along." My neighbor is an older Vietnamese import with poor english skills.
