What happens when the so-called "under-served" graduate college with undeserved degrees and then under-perform in jobs?

Will the government force businesses to hire these college students or face retaliation by the IRS and SEC? Will businesses be prevented from firing under-performing employees because of their race, regardless of their qualifications for the job?

How many people know anyone when they first arrive at college? How many people know where all the buildings are? How many know what courses they will sign up for before they get a course catalog? Furthermore, how many people need a special navigators to help them with that?

MO must be a complete idiot! It took me one day to pick my courses, find my dorm and make some friends. They pass out maps of the campus like confetti on enrollment day and there are dozens of people around to answer questions.

Yes, fill up the colleges with unqualified, uninterested persons, who will graduate with worthless degrees and no skills or abilities whatsoever. Then probably you can pass laws and regulations to force companies to hire these graduates, and ruin the companies in the competitive global arena.
