Err ... it was a joke ... they're no longer known as the Boston Patriots, and there is no "Brady Belichick."

See, back in the 2004 election, Kerry made a big deal about how HUGE a fan he was of the Boston Red Sox. When a reporter asked him who his favorite player was, he replied, "Manny Ortez" -- conflating the names of David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez.

In other words, he's a COMPLETE fake. Guess he fooled ya, huh?
