Stephanie Peterson aka Chef Tess, also has a great presentation for something she calls the 52 jar method. She shows you how to take all that bulk storage food product, mix into large (or small) mason jars and have meals that will feed a family of 4 easily. You can vacuum seal the jars with a foodsaver or use oxygen absorbers. The meals in a jar are good for 5 years once they are sealed. Her recipes are quite good and I have given these meals in a jar as gifts to friends to share with them the art of prepping. She has videos on YouTube and she works with Honeyville Farms, where you can buy the bulk items.
