Correct me if I’m wrong. The illegal mother/ moocher is still eligible for deportation. Her children, assuming father long gone, are not unencumbered citizens, i.e. the parents are not citizens. As such the children are ‘set to go’ with the mother back to her country of citizenship and to return at legal ages to claim USA only citizenship. This is where and when society has to weigh compassion versus law and effect on legal citizens. My choice is to send mother and children packing back to mother’s country and have the mother suffer some pangs of payback for fraud. The children should be educated as to possibilities of how to become fully naturalized USA citizens. I speak as child of foreign immigrants and who served overseas in WWII and had my only sibling brother killed fighting on Okinawa.
