He probably only carried when he thought he would encounter “texters”.

He probably only carried when he thought he would encounter texters. So he must have carried all the time -- even in bed.

Ok then, in the articles I read I never saw mention of a wife and was wondering WTH that was all about.

You need an ID to buy milk duds.
You don’t need an ID to vote.
Without an ID, you can vote multiple times, all fraudulently.
Democrats tend to be the party of voter fraud.
And Food Stamps.
Work with me here...
Milk Duds discriminates against fraudulent voters.
Milk Duds is a right wing conspiracy to end voter fraud and Food Stamp fraud.
Get Eric Holder on the line.

Yep — theatregoers used to throw them at the screen during corny scenes and they would stick — which made them the UFO of choice.
The theatre would have to scrape them off after the show — which was a pain.
Some theatres then decided not to sell them anymore.
But movie goers would then just stop by the store before the movie and smuggle them in — kind of conceal and carry.
Later they began to sell them again but raised the price considerably to discourage tossing them at anybody or anything.
When a milk dud costs you 50 cents you are more likely to eat it than throw it.

Perhaps he is going to allege that the victim himself was an three-armed Alien just before he files the insanity defense. I'm quite sure he'll eventually go for insanity, but it won't help, even though the guy obviously had ... issues.

It comes back to the fact that if youre carrying, you have a MORAL OBLIGATION to go out of your way to avoid conflict. Amen!
If I have a firearm on my person, it makes be a heck of a lot more polite in general.

The UFO defense thrown up and dismissed but will the search for a UFO continue -- It was Obama's birth certificate, all wadded up. Scared the cop into shooting.

It is a heart-warming feeling for a lawyer when his opponent is arguing and you see one of the jurors in the box fold her arms and snort. LOL!!

ou wonder what the ex-cops wife was doing during this time. Why wasnt she restraining her husband???The other lady whom he had harassed for texting the previous week said that when he was giving her grief, his wife was egging him on.

He went with his wife, and their son, also a cop, was on his way to meet them but was late. The shooter also was there with his wife the previous time that he harassed a woman for texting.

Why wasnt she restraining her husband??? She knew him well. -- She didn't want to be shot.I had the same thought -- that when the judge denied bond, she breathed a huge sigh of relief.
