This happened because schools are now full of feral children born to other feral children. Someone needs to give them "the talk" or guidance. Of course since the government is now responsible, something crazy like this is bound to happen.

Insane as this is, it's only a symptom of something far more terrible and horrifying.

Think on that. Really. It's true. Things are that out of control at public schools.

The only way to stop this, IMO, is to put these young girls that don't have responsible families on the pill. I know there are people here that will object, but something must be done right now before it's too late and the entire county is lost.
