America needs import tariffs.

One level, all imported products and services. Everything. Gas. Food. And production. If it is imported into America, pay a tariff.

All imports, need to pay one single import tariff. This will balance out our trade, and it will start to pay down our debt.

What that tariff should be, is a significant discussion. But America cannot continue to send jobs to other countries.

We need to bring back American jobs.

We need to stop selling out America. Protect American jobs, and bring back American employment.

You're utterly without a clue as to the effect of taxes/tariffs. Your level of lack of understanding approaches that of a government employee. I suggest you read Bastiat or this article by Gary North.
