I am absolutely amazed that the Justice Department could find lawyers willing to make their arguments before the Supreme Court.

How could any lawyer that had made any effort at all to study the basis of our constitution make these arguments in good conscience.

I couldn’t make those arguments before the USSC with out breaking out laughing.

Sorry your honors I was just joking.

Today’s leftist lawyers will do anything for money and power.

Lawyers do not necessary have to let conscious get in the way of making an argument about the law. Some have consciouses. Some don’t. Similar to any other trade. Except some have argued that the law selectively attracts those lacking consciouses, so the percentages may be negatively skewed?
