Apparently none, as all charges against two of the midshipmen have been dropped. One more remains under charges. However, evidence did not seem to matter as events initially unfolded.

If there isn't any, and the allegations are false, I would think it might be a little difficult getting motivated, to work hard for people who just tried to screw them.

It's the new definition of Rape. Now if the girl is drunk it's rape even if she is an enthusiastic participant. All it takes is for her to have regrets the next day.
