CA is very fussy about what invasive species get into their state.

They don't seem very fussy over invasive illegal mexicans.

Yes, hubby told me a story the other day - he was driving out west with some other fellows and they got stopped for inspection. They thought they’d gone the wrong way and were headed into Mexico, but it was just an “agricultural inspection” - so that was between 2 US states.
