Use will spike initially, then even right back out.

And FWIW, one unmentioned upside, is that DUIs will probably go down, since smoking in public places is pretty much outlawed, CD sales will go up, as people elect to chill at home.

Better public safety, less money spent on Jails.

Good public policy.

oh and those who break the law by driving drunk will suddenly become law abiding in re dope? right. RME. and promoting CD sales is a goal somehow? what a load of crap. i literally despise the drug culture and using it to shape public policy sickens me.

people need to F*ing learn to live life straight up sober and maybe we as a society could then pull ourselves up outta this miasma into which we are sinking, instead of getting lost in drugs and alcohol and looking at life through a blurred lens of mind altering substances. LOSERS!

I don’t follow your logic on pot smokers staying home once it is legal. It is illegal now and they smoke in their cars and go out to clubs/or dining.... why would it suddenly being legal change that?
