When I was 18, fcol, you could get pulled over with a case of 8 packs, half empty, and drive away.
It isn’t like that anymore. Kids tend to be dumb, to a point..but the inability to smoke in public places, I think, will limit that sort of DUI to concert venues, that don’t have cop controlled parking, for the most part.

No one I know in real life smokes dope. My friends in college didn’t, friends in law school didn’t and certainly no one I currently hang with in real life would ever consider it. Xshub has never done dope and my kids think it’s for losers. So my perspective is that it’s a left wing thing. In fact I DO know someone who smoked dope and it was xsbaby’s HS English teacher whom she had for three years. She was a chronic absentee and would wear sunglasses claiming a migraine. How do I know she’s a doper? Bc she moved to fricking Colorado and has pix of herself partaking, on Facebook. Full on lefty obamabot loser.

I agree with Pat Caddell almost all the time-he has certainly seen the effects of folly, being near and dear to Carter’s kumbaya politics-we definitely need those outside the politically connected class and families to be elected. I don’t believe the words “political” and “dynasty” should ever be used in the same sentence-it is another name for corruption.
And SG made an excellent point that the left embraces pot and demonizes tobacco when pot has far more deleterious effects.
I would always go to sleep on the floor or sofa next to the stereo, getting into the music after just a few hits-one reason I don’t do that anymore, everyone said I was no fun to get stoned with-so I’d need a pillow and blanket as well as a playlist and remote...

An excellent point, indeed-I do smoke an occasional cigarette-maybe 6-8 a week-and drink a beer or glass of wine once in awhile, but I don’t smoke weed-what the hell is the damn difference-my weight is healthy and almost too low, and I don’t eat fast or processed food-does that mean I’m better or better off than anybody else, or does it mean all things in moderation makes sense, and the nannies should just F off and leave us alone...
