A regular dentist took out wisdom teeth? That is usually the oral surgeon forte.

well not if they are not impacted. xsboy had 2 taken out by the pediatric dentist and the impacted ones by the oral surgeon. I guess her’s while not impacted on the bottom, were more difficult from the top and since she wasn’t docile, he didn’t want to mess with it and i don’t blame them.

the oral surgeon that took out xsboy and xsteen’s was NOT in our insurance network and it cost literally THOUSANDS. I had to prepay this, since they block the time out, and it was $900 something. I guess i will get some of that back since he didn’t do all 4. The dentist promised to sit down and look at our insurance and refer out to someone who participates. He was very sympathetic and said it is ridic what oral surgeons charge because the sedation is not difficult and procedure only takes 45 minutes.
