“Obama can pardon criminals from state convictions?”

Yes He Can!

Don’t be surprised to see Obama pardon O.J. Simpson and scores of others, mostly black, who have been convicted of violent crimes.

What better way does Obama have to get back at those who have attempted to expose him?

Obama will likely take some sort of Mass Pardon Action just before leaving office in 2017 or just before being impeached.

And then, off to Hawaii Obama will go, leaving the mainland overrun by violent criminals.

No He Can't!

OJ was convicted in NV court. The president has power to pardon only those convicted in federal court.

However, it should be noted his power to pardon is one of the very few constitutional powers with no checks or balances.

He could empty federal prisons tomorrow, if he so chooses.
