Having been in her predicament in my misspent youth, I can tell you that handcuffs applied to tightly can cause nerve damage, cut off circulation, which if left on too long cause just the problem she experienced. Usually a bully with a badge thinks this is funny. The cop should be charged with whatever a good lawyer can dream up and sued along with his employer to the max. I forgot, the cop should join the ranks of the unemployed at the first possible moment. Just my 2 cents.

I read that.

How many people who have been locked in handcuffs that were too tight had to have their arms amputated ?
