I noted in their statement how they emphasized the "many project we are currently working on". They are stressing that the family business is much more than an A&E show. Willie is a good businessman so for now I'm sure it will be all smiles and positive with regard to A&E and the show in order to keep the brand unspoiled but I wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't already decided to bolt on A&E as soon as the current contract is over.
The very successful business is why there was the A&E show in the first place. The show added to their success but certainly wasn't the cause of it.
I am a Northerner but I would love to see a Southern and Western tv channel. Everthing we see comes form New York City and Los Angeles. This does not represent the values of much of America. Are the country and western channels actually owned by people from that area or are they too owned by NYC people? Are the Nashville record companies actually owned by anybody from Nashville or are they part of some national corporation?
