Olive oil is a bit ore expensive, over $10

Avocado oil has a smoke point of about 520°so it can be used more healthy-ly for cooking over 300°

I'm not buying any fancy oils at this time. I'm still using olive oil from last year mixed with cheap veg oil. Poverty does that. ;)
