A song Robert Plant rarely considered among his favorites.

I probably would put “No Quarter” as my favorite.

I have wondered if it was because Bonham had a limited role in the song compared to Kashmir or other tracks. Plant seemed to prefer the Moroccan beats. I prefer live Stairway to the studio version.

Have you watched the DVD Unledded?

I should add that, IMO, “Four Sticks” is the most underrated Zeppelin song especially from the fourth release.
Sorry...the lyrics make zero sense. Overated.

I also think Presence doesn’t get enough credit. It was just a balls out record from start to finish, I guess some didn’t like it because it didn’t have the pretty acoustic parts or keyboards of the previous few albums.

Years ago in school a Teacher Assistant showed me a thing called reverse lyrics, or something like that. I think Stairway to Heaven was among those, when played in reverse, it can be construed to be satanic lyrics.
Hard to believe it’s true, but if you listen carefully you think it could be possible.
And my all time favorite too - LedZep!

I’m sure if you played a Donnie and Marie record backward somewhere you could also hear satanic messages as well.

Presence was done with Plant in a wheelchair after a near fatal car accident. “Hots on For Nowhere” is a cool song. “Achilles...” is a masterpiece.
