I think there was really a black girl who was named that OR it was an Internet joke, not sure which.
My Mom worked at a public school where one of the students’ Mom said the doctor named her daughter. The name he picked was Fee-mal-lay (Female) Brown. It was on the card on the baby’s bassinet. This was in the mid 70’s.
