How did the parents know it would be an acceptance letter? Surely Clemson has more applicants each year for their program for the disabled than they can accept.
We didn’t know what our National Merit Scholar son’s letter from Appalachian State said until we opened it.

We didnt know what our National Merit Scholar sons letter from Appalachian State said until we opened it.
When I was applying, it was understood that a fat or large manila envelope meant acceptance. The regular envelope with one page in it was rejection or wait listing.
