In the old photos we see a beach-dwelling, surfer dude family that is more likely to say "Woah!" than "Ya'll". It's really pretty obvious what's going on here. The Robertsons are part of the brand. No one's going to buy a duck call from someone who says "dude" a lot.

It’s a brand, so what. did they hold the same views of close family and a belief in God and the bible before they grew beards? If they did, they haven’t changed. They’ve created a brand with the SAME VALUES IN PLACE.
