People in trailer parks live in them inexpensively. In my 'berg the space rent for a "trailer" can be $1800 a month or more.

They're called mobile homes.
In this case, I would call it a park model camper. They have been around for a long time, but there is certainly a lot of innovation in the design. If she has any business sense, maybe she can start a company making park models that don't look like all the other park models. But I want a flush toilet in mine. None of this crap composting toilet crap.
