It would be great if real estate taxes were per capita. There’s no way a township can pay for roads and schools with the mils on $11,000. They should be zoned out.

I’m amazed at how many people think it is great to not pay taxes, but benefit from other people’s hard earned money. Trailer parks are theft through redistribution.

Looks like there’s water behind it. Could be a river. Might have occasional flooding.

My friend she’s the owner of an Christian adoption agency. Her marriage lasted only a few months but she’s single and adopted a boy some years ago. Her father is very involved in their lives so maybe that’s an alternative that works for them.
