On the street I grew up on an Italian neighbor had a garden in their front yard, but you couldn't tell. They were so good at it, it looked like landscaping—beautiful landscaping, not like the clumsy attempt shown in the photo.

I think the photos are what the government wanted to replace it. Not sure, but that’s what it looks like to me.
