The problem is the perfect diet. Many people consume good foods yet may still need vitamins. I take D3 after the doc checked my levels and found it low by anyone’s scale. Over the years I have found not taking it results in sluggish brain activity and more colds. I take a minimum amount to maintain proper blood levels that are checked annually.

Eventually vitamins will be prescription only like they are in much of Europe.

Doctors will be monitored for the number of vitamin prescriptions they write. Just like they are in much of Europe.

The OTC vitamins will be the minimum RDA only, sold in bottles of only 30 and be extremely expensive. Just like they are in much of Europe.

Thank Codex Alimentarius when this happens. Your elite betters have only your best interests in mind.
