I’m a huge proponent of magnesium dosing; the right form and the right amount. There is information out there that mag deficiency leads to addictive behaviors. Try mag glycinate at 600-800 mg/day and see if you don’t get relief. Also, mag allows all other nutrients to work/absorb so alot of what we take or consume is ineffective if we’re low on mag, including vit D.
