Indeed. And "The Trial of Billy Jack" was, without doubt, the worst movie of all time. Just goshawful.

No, you are both wrong. I took my first girlfriend to see them, as a double feature matinee, during winter vacation.
Those hours in a darkened theater were among the most entertaining of my life, up to that point :)
He made a whole series of Billy Jack stinkers. He spent very little money on them, but did heavy marketing, and apparently made a fortune. I think I remember the ads where they interviewed people coming out of the theater telling the interviewer how great the movie was.
And wasn't there a third one: "Billy Jack Goes To Washington"? Where he gets pardoned and appointed to fill a senate seat?
