Every election cycle, new posters show up to slam conservative candidates, and to sow uncertainty and doubt with their lies and half truths.

There are quite a few who have been here a long time but only post to promote RINOism around elections.

My opinions on RINOs is unchanged. They're nothing but lying manipulative bottom feeding scum who would rather hand a race to the democrats than let a conservative have power.

The GOP has been moderated into a coma and these kapo republicans are pinching the feeding tube as their true democrat masters goose step to full on fascism outside the door.

I’ve been pushing for an idealogical litmus matrix here on FR, not to get rid of RINOs but to expose them.

***It simply takes too long. Look at this thread alone. I see evidence of RINOism in some of the FReepers on this thread. It takes 700 posts to drill down. We need the matrix posted and available so that we don’t have to drill down on every FReeping thread. They’re wasting our time. Deliberately.

Agreed to a large degree. Perhaps a way to rate members by other members???

My experience has been that these folks are among the nastiest and most predictable here on FR. When the general election period rolls around every 2 years, God forbid you post something to an FR thread about planning to vote for a 3rd party candidate, in lieu of "wasting your vote" on a RINO and showing implicit support.

The inevitable "screw you, you're effectively voting for the Dem if you do that" responses immediately come rolling in, and they quickly get downright nasty if you have the gall to point out that they are incorrect. A vote for I is NOT a vote for D, nor for R. It's a vote for I. Just that simple. But, logic really pisses off the RINOs.

I've been involved in other nasty exchanges here over the years, particularly on threads about abortion and evolution, but the "if you don't vote for the RINO you're effectively voting for the Dem" nastiness jumps to mind first because it's so periodic and predictable.
