Anyone play Words With Friends? If so, have you ever tried to play the word "zot"? Would you believe the system won't accept it? Whaaaaaaat??? Apparently they don't understand the influence FR has on the culture!
A couple of years ago when I was fairly new to the game, I thought I was about to make an impressive move. I had the "z" sitting on a triple letter square, and I was creating two words using the triple z twice (vertically and horizontally). It was going to be my highest scoring word to date. I was so proud. Then I hit the "play" button, and to my astonishment, the system said that "zot" is not an acceptable word! "This can't be," I told myself. There are ZOTs aplenty at FR. So I hit the button again. Same results. Harrrrruumph!
I considered giving up the game, but I was already addicted.
So that's my sad tale. And here's my question: How can we get "zot" added to the new words list that comes out every year? And my second question is: How can we get it added to WWF?

Sweet Polly Purebred was taken by aliens to the planet Zot where she was held captive under the Great Zot. (I tried to find a picture of The Great Zot but could not.)
I can’t exactly remember what the aliens wanted Underdog to do, but if I recall correctly, if he failed they were going to cut the rope holding the Great Zot over Sweet Polly’s head and she would become roadkill. (Or the first person to actually be Zotted.)
I might have the plot details off a bit, but I distinctly remember The Great Zot.
When I first came to FR I thought that’s what everyone was referring to.

when i came to fr it was to find what i needed but now that i realize it has nothing to do with cartoons candy or comedy i know i am home hi mom dad come back with those smokes yet

I found the story line.
The planet Zot is ruled by King Klobber who has decided that Underdog is the greatest warrior in the universe. The kidnapping of Sweet Polly is to force Underdog to marry the king’s daughter. If Underdog does not marry the Princess, then Sweet Polly gets The Zot.

BTW, WWF is the abbreviation for the “World Wrestling Federation”. I never knew why they changed to the WWE.
