Years ago, a small dairy in Des Moines, Anderson-Ericson, produced the best egg nog and very best cottage cheese ever made.
The nog was golden, thick and sweet, a perfect set up for dark rum.

The cottage cheese was “hand packed,” and had a back of the throat flavor no other product could claim.
