Many years ago I read and tried to understand Hanna Arendt’s “The Origins of Totalitarianism”. It was the most difficult book I ever read. Concluded it was so difficult for me because she was not primary in English. The sentence structure was incredibly complex.

I struggled with that exercise attempting to understand the Jewish perspective of the National Socialist disaster. I did not fully succeed in that attempt.
