Looking at the series of photos. It just could be that Michelle was ticked off at the behavior of her husband given the venue of the event.
I’d be inclined to likewise give benefit of the doubt, but considering the look in #35 she’s not concerned about the venue.
Her husband’s behavior was no excuse for the last pic, where she’s sitting sideways so as to turn her back to the Danish PM.
