Weis seems very hit or miss in that regard outside of their original turf. Their flagship stores are usually quite good... then the further you get from central pa, the worse they get.
I live in South Central PA and the Weis closest to me is a proper dump that looks like a 1960s relict. I’ve seen much nice ones, though.
