I’m a left-side sleeper and it seems every 30 minutes or so my hip starts aching and I have to flip over.
This goes on all night.
I get horrible sleep and it’s really starting to affect me lately.
Take a Benadryl and magnesium and sleep on a latex mattress.
I have been dealing with the aching hip thing too. I always slept on my left side, had to give that up for the right side and it started hurting too. Now I sleep flat on my back and I am pretty comfortable but my hair is always a mess every morning. Oh well..... it’s always something! :)
