A 13 year old should NOT be allowed to go to a hotel with 2 grown men, I don’t care what the parents say

I agree. But if no laws were broken and parental consent was confirmed, they should have been released. We can't be arrested because somebody thinks a crime may occur.

A report could be made to Children's Services. But if the parents, chaperones, or kid wasn't breaking the law, they should be released.
