I looked at the aerial pics posted here of the suspected site and I don’t see the propane tank suggested. I have a 300 gallon propane tank and it’s pretty clear on Google Maps when I look at my house.
Even my tank going up I can’t imagine it shaking houses 12 miles away. Do serious damage to my house? Yes. Neighbors down the road, no.
In the North East they are being buried at new construction sites frequently.
